What’s Worth Watching: Man Finds Food’s Tasty Trip
Man Finds Food, “Incognito in Escondido/Chi-Town Franken-Sandwich” (Wednesday, April 1, 9/8c, Travel Channel)
Adam Richman might have the best job in the world. The Travel Channel host spent four seasons participating in some insane food challenges on Man vs. Food—atomic hot wings? No problem. Seven-pound monster breakfast burrito? Big problem— and now he’s hitting the road and visiting America’s biggest cities to find their off-menu hidden gems.
In tonight’s two-part premiere, Adam heads to Los Angeles to find a spicy burger at a small Thai restaurant, as well as a secret Mexican breakfast item named after legendary film monster Godzilla. Then he hits up the Windy City for a Chicago-themed sandwich that features an entire menu in a roll and visits the unofficial “king of gnocchi” in his home restaurant. With additional visits to Las Vegas, San Francisco and Oahu lined up, Adam is packing his bags and bringing his appetite for the most delicious road trip on TV.
