First Look: ‘Supergirl’ Stands Tall Thanks to DC Collectibles Statue (PHOTO)
Supergirl doesn’t hit TV screens for another week and a half, but she’s already flexing her merchandising muscle. DC Collectibles, a division of DC Comics, is unveiling a statuesque tribute to Melissa Benoit’s exuberant new hero, set to make her CBS debut later this month.
Sporting the same Colleen Atwood-designed red and blue costume from the TV series, the gorgeous, highly detailed 12.5-inch resin statue (full image below) won’t go on sale until May 2016, giving fans plenty of time to save up for the suggested retail price of $130.00.
