As American Idol approaches its 15th—and final—season, the reality series is embracing its history.

Fox released the first few minutes of Idol‘s season premiere, and the opener touts the longevity (and legacy) of the series. And looking ahead, current judge Keith Urban says, “We have the best batch of artists we’ve ever had for any year.”
