They're creepy and they're kooky, mysterious and spooky. They're all together ooky...they're Oswald's family!

Having previously played Penguin’s father in the film Batman Returns, Paul Reubens (top left) is back at it again when he joins Fox’s Gotham on March 21 for a recurring turn as Oswald’s (Robin Lord Taylor, top center) long-lost papa, Elijah Van Dahl.

“He’s a man with enormous wealth and even more secrets,” executive producer John Stephens teases.

And daddy’s not the only one with something to hide. Oswald’s extended family—Elijah’s new wife, Grace (Melinda Clarke, top right), and her conniving kids, Sasha and Charles (Kaley Ronayne and Justin Mark, bottom)—are a portrait of unprincipled, and maybe lethal, privilege. “They’ll do whatever it takes to keep the family’s fortune.”
