Comic-Con International is almost here and TV Guide Magazine is once again teaming up with Warner Bros. Television for the ultimate fan guide. For the seventh year in a row the Comic-Con Special will showcase the studio’s vast programming, just as the annual pop culture event kicks off in San Diego.
This year’s four collectible covers feature the stars of Blindspot (Jaimie Alexander and Sullivan Stapleton), The Flash (Grant Gustin), Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and Supernatural (Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki). In addition to those shows, the magazine features exclusive scoop and photos from fan favorite series The 100, Arrow, The Big Bang Theory, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Gotham, iZombie, Lucifer, The Originals and The Vampire Diaries.
This year’s “Coming Attractions” section highlights new shows Frequency, People of Earth, Powerless, Riverdale and Time After Time.
The magazine also celebrates Warner Bros. Animation’s Teen Titans Go!, the upcoming Justice League Action and Batman: The Killing Joke, the latest DC Universe Original Movie. The DC Super Hero Girls initiative gets a spotlight, and is also one of two exclusive posters featured in the magazine, along with an epic tribute to DC Comics’ Rebirth.
