‘The Real O’Neals’ Adds Jane Lynch, RuPaul, Lance Bass and Tyler Oakley to Guest List
Loved the celebrity cameos in the first season of ABC’s The Real O’Neals? Then you’re in luck with the upcoming Season 2 premiere.
When the sitcom returns, Emmy and Golden Globe winner Jane Lynch will appear along with drag superstar RuPaul, singer/actor Lance Bass and YouTube/LGBT youth rights activist Tyler Oakley. The quartet will all be playing themselves in a fantasy sequence that is filming this week, TVInsider has learned exclusively.

One of the devices used in the series during its first season was a frequent look into the mind of gay teen Kenny O’Neal (Noah Galvin), where celebs such as Tim Gunn and Jimmy Kimmel popped up with observations and commentary on Kenny’s coming out and life with his family, led by Martha Plimpton and Jay R. Ferguson.

The series, developed by showrunners David Windsor and Casey Johnson, also stars Matt Shively, Bebe Wood and Mary Hollis Inboden.
The second season of The Real O’Neals will premiere on Tuesday, October 11,, which is also National Coming Out Day.
