‘The Son’: First Look Photos of Pierce Brosnan and the Cast of AMC Period Drama

Here is a first look at the cast of the new AMC drama The Son, premiering in the spring of 2017. The ten-episode drama, based on a best-selling novel, is the 150-year story about three generations of the McCullough family.

Eli McCullough (Pierce Brosnan) builds a Texas oil and ranching empire after losing everything on the Western frontier. Of course, Texas oil empires weren’t built in those without a lot of ruthlessness, power-grabs and violence, and the drama explores how Eli transformed to build that empire and how that transformation reverberated through the generations.
