What is ‘Liberty or Death: Boston Tea Party’ about?

The series details how American patriots fought against British tyranny in 1773. A political protest broke out at Griffin’s Wharf in Boston, and Americans dumped 342 chests of tea in the harbor as their frustrations with British law grew after imposing “taxation without representation.” The event set the stage for America’s fight for independence, eventually leading to the U.S. declaring independence on July 4, 1776.

Who is the narrator of ‘Liberty or Death: Boston Tea Party?’

Actor Rob Lowe is hosting the docuseries and also serves as an executive producer. Lowe admitted that he wanted to work on the docuseries because his “great-, great-, great-, great, great-grandfather was one of those patriots,” so the story is close to his heart.
