Can you believe that it has been 45 years since the show Taxi premiered? It all began on September 12, 1978, and the show ran until 1983. Taxi followed a group of cab drivers at the Sunshine Cab Company. However, they were all trying to pursue other careers while they made do with the money they made as a cab driver.
