‘Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco & ‘Ozark’s Tom Pelphrey Engaged After 2 Years of Dating

Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey are ready to say “I do!” The Hollywood power couple announced their engagement on August 14. Cuoco shared a photo with Pelphrey on her Instagram Story and showed off her gorgeous engagement ring.

“Amazing weekend,” she captioned the post. The Ozark alum reposted Cuoco’s announcement on his Instagram Story. They also shared new photos of their one-year-old daughter Matilda.

Ahead of their engagement, Cuoco gave a shoutout to her “soulmate” in honor of his 42nd birthday on July 28.  “@tommypelphrey you make everything better.. love celebrating every milestone together. What a life! I love you, birthday boy!” she wrote to Pelphrey on Instagram.

The couple first met in 2022 at the Ozark premiere after being set up by their mutual manager. “I heard his voice, and I turned around, and it was like my life was over, or just starting. It hit me. It was love at first sight,” Cuoco told USA Today. “We were immediately connected. I do feel like I’ve known him my whole life, but I wasn’t ready for him. We’re ready to build a life together.”

While promoting his new series A Man in Full, Pelphrey recently opened about parenthood. “You realize there’s no way to understand what it’ll feel like until you get to feel it. It’s wild,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “It’s the greatest thing I’ve ever got to experience. I know Kaley feels the same way.”

The Big Bang Theory alum announced she was expecting her first child with Pelphrey in October 2022. Their daughter was born in May 2023.

Cuoco was previously married to Karl Cook and Ryan Sweeting. She also dated her Big Bang Theory costar Johnny Galecki for two years. This will be Pelphrey’s first marriage.
