In a perfect world, T.K. (Ronen Rubinstein) and Carlos’ (Rafael L. Silva) story would have continued in a 9-1-1: Lone Star spinoff. The beloved couple got their happy ending, and co-showrunner Rashad Raisani revealed an alternate ending for the Lone Star pair.

The series finale, which aired on February 3, saw T.K. becoming a stay-at-home dad after adopting his half-brother Jonah with Carlos. Raisani explained how the alternate ending would have led to a possible spinoff.
