‘Celebrity Weakest Link’: More Season 2 Cast Revealed, Plus New Trailer

Who will be the weakest link among these celebrities? The second season of Celebrity Weakest Link is right around the corner. Find out who will be on this season, as the first half of the cast has been revealed.

The celebrity version of Weakest Link premiered in 2025 and featured famous faces playing to win money for charity.  A reboot of the NBC show that premiered in 2001 with Anne Robinson as host — which was canceled in 2003 — Weakest Link was revived in 2020 with host Jane Lynch. In 2025, the game show aired a celebrity version on Fox instead of NBC. According to Nielsen, Season 1 of Celebrity Weakest Link brought in an average of 1.432 million viewers.

Weakest Link features a team of contestants who try to complete a chain of correct answers to general knowledge questions within a certain time limit. At the end of each round, one person is considered the “weakest link” by either answering questions wrong or not banking money. The contestants vote on who the weakest link is, prompting Lynch to tell that person, “You are the weakest link. Goodbye!”

However much money is banked at the end of the round goes into the contestant’s total pot, and one person wins at the end. On the celebrity version, the money goes to a charity of the winner’s choice.

When does Celebrity Weakest Link Season 2 premiere?

Season 2 will premiere on Monday, September 21, and continue to air on the same night throughout the season. The game show airs right after Celebrity Name That Tune at 9/8c.
