Does Patrick J. Adams Love Himself Too Much in New ‘Pillowtalk’ Series?

Exclusive
Suits star Patrick J. Adams is going back to bachelorhood…in a new web series, of course.
On the long-running USA Network series, Adams’ Mike Ross has yet to the tie the knot with long-time love Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle) and, in real life, Adams married Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario in December, but in his next project, Adams is playing a new character who doesn’t seem to have marriage on his mind.
In the online series to air on VICE’s digital channels, Pillowtalk, created by Mike Miscitelli and Rachael Taylor (Jessica Jones), stars Adams as a tortured bachelor who, according to a press release, is trying to stay in “the light” in a world where casual sex is plentiful. Sharon Horgan, who created HBO’s Divorce and co-created/stars in Amazon’s Catastophe, is an executive producer on the project.
While we wait for an airdate on the new series (a press release says it will be in April), we have Pillowtalk show art featuring Adams. The text on the posters makes it seem Adams’ character may love himself more than the women he beds, so we’re definitely intrigued about this new project.
