Michelle Monaghan to Star in Jason Katims’s New Hulu Show The Way

Golden Globe nominee Michelle Monaghan will star in The Way, Hulu’s upcoming original series from Jason Katims. The 10-episode drama premiering later this year follows a family that is part of a faith-based movement; Monaghan will play Sarah Cleary, a “high level member of a controversial movement navigating the truths—and untruths—colliding in her life.”

Monaghan earned a Globe nod for her role on True Detective; she also appeared on Boston Public and in Mission: Impossible III. The series is the brainchild of Jessica Goldberg, who will write and executive-produce the series alongside Parenthood‘s Katims and Michelle Lee of True Jack Productions.
