On Thursday’s Grey’s Anatomy, we’ll get a taste of the upcoming firefighter spinoff series, Station 19.

TGIT fans have known for a while that Ben (Jason George) would follow his gut and shift careers from the hospital to the firehouse. This has now led him literally down the street from Grey Sloan Hospital to, you guessed it, Station 19.

Of course, as George told us last fall, Bailey (Chandra Wilson) was anything but happy about this, and it’s sure to continue to create conflict in their marriage.

Also in tonight’s episode, we meet Andy Herrera (Jaina Lee Ortiz), who gets a true Shondaland entrance: She has her hand stuck in a body and cannot remove it or the patient could die.

All of this buzz about the spinoff had even us curious about what to expect, so we asked the Station 19 cast—George, Ortiz as well as Grey Damon, Okieriete Onaodowan, and Danielle Savre—to share what they could at the Television Critics Association winter press tour.

In the clip below, see the team offering up what we can expect, who the new faces are and, of course, how all of this will impact Ben and Bailey.
