ABC Drops the ‘Roseanne’ Revival Full Trailer During Oscars 2018 (VIDEO)
For months, ABC has teased their revival of ’90s sitcom Roseanne with short sneak peeks, but during Sunday’s Oscars 2018, they finally delivered the goods: the first real trailer.
The network revealed that they’d be dropping the full-length first look earlier in the weekend with a Facebook post on the their official page. “Same cast, new episodes,” the caption reads, alongside a clip of stars Roseanne Barr and John Goodman perched on the series’ iconic couch.
“We’re back and there is nothing you can do about it,” Barr says in the clip.
That announcement was nothing compared to the trailer, which reintroduces fans to the Midwest-based Conner family, including original show stars Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, Lecy Goranson, Michael Fishman, and Sarah Chalke.
