‘Shades of Blue’ Creator Gets New Series Order From USA

USA must have seen the success of Shades of Blue as black and white.
The cable network has given show creator Adi Hasak another straight-to-series order for his crime thriller Eyewitness, Variety reports. Based on a Norwegian series, the show has been confirmed for 10 eps by USA.
“Norway’s incredible show Eyewitness follows a horrific crime story through the unlucky and unlikely eyes of two innocent witnesses,” Dawn Olmstead, EVP of development at Universal Cable Productions, told Variety. “It’s a bone chilling thrill ride that not only exposes the details of a crime, but also the secrets of the witnesses who watched.”
Now Hasak just needs his J.Lo.
