Prince, Rock Icon and MTV Trailblazer, Dead at 57
Prince, whose full name was Prince Rogers Nelson, was found dead at his Paisley Park compound in Chanhassen, Minnessota this morning, according to TMZ. The rock icon and music video pioneer was 57. He had been rushed to the hospital a few days ago with flu-like symptoms, but he had made a concert appearance the next day, so the cause of his death is unknown. His publicist confirmed his death to the Associated Press.
