Disney’s ‘Haunted Mansion’ is Re-Imagined in New Stop-Motion Spots (VIDEO)

Its that time of season where ghosts and ghouls come out to play and Disney XD is bringing them to you in four fun shorts featuring the channel’s favorite characters and the Haunted Mansion. Above is an image from one of the shorts featuring the characters from Pickle and Peanut in the famous Haunted Mansion cemetery. The stop-motion short that you can watch below is inspired by and uses music and audio from the original theme park attraction.

These shorts are part of Disney XD’s October lineup and will be airing during the October 3 premiere of Milo Murphy’s Law, as well as Halloween-themed episodes of Pickle and Peanut and Star vs. The Forces of Evil. Along with characters from Disney XD, these shorts feature famous ghosts from the Disneyland ride, as well as introduces a new ghost, Baby Boo. Disney XD worked with Walt Disney Imagineering and Stoopid Buddy Stoodios to create these unique and fun stop-motion shorts.

Pony Head and Star travel to another dimension.

The characters from Star vs. The Forces of Evil also visit the Haunted Mansion in the image above. Star and Pony Head meet the infamous Madame Leota, and soon floating heads become a common theme. Check out the clip below.
