Days of Our Lives has jumped forward a year — a first for a daytime soap — and it happened just in time for the 2019 Day of Days fan event.

The end of the November 8 episode revealed the big moment, but Monday’s episode really kicks off the storyline that executive producer Ken Corday told TV Insider “is a great way to reset things in Salem. … It will be a catalyst for many more [changes] to follow.”

Saturday’s annual Day of Days gave fans a chance to meet and greet Salem’s cast members — including fan-favorite couples like #Cin, #Jarlena, and #Elani! — during autograph signings, a Q&A session, and other events.
