First Look at Kelsea Ballerini’s Acting Debut in ‘Doctor Odyssey’ (PHOTOS)
Here comes the bride! Country superstar Kelsea Ballerini is making her acting debut on Thursday’s (November 7) new episode of Doctor Odyssey, and it looks like her nuptials will be a messy affair.
In the video teaser (embedded above) for the episode, titled “I Always Cry at Weddings,” Ballerini appears as the joyful bride at a lavish ceremony onboard the cruise ship… until a rash outbreak takes hold of the guests and maybe even the suddenly-doubtful groom?
The logline for the episode reads, “When a wealthy family charters The Odyssey for a weeklong wedding cruise, all eyes are on the ‘bridezilla’ as she wreaks havoc on board. Amid the chaos, love and lust manage to find their way through the air with sparks flying among the crew.”

From the Episode 9 preview that aired at the end of the midseason finale, it looks like the Odyssey is about to become a breeding ground for another infectious disease — this time, one that makes people pass out on the spot, including Max. So what is the illness that’s taking the ship by storm next? Max’s frustration indicates it may be another bout of Covid-19, which was what almost killed him before.
Time for action!
