The end is near, Game of Thrones fans. Season 7 of the fantasy drama ends Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017 at 9/8c, and thanks to an announcement from HBO on Tuesday, we know the season finale is titled “The Dragon and the Wolf.” The highly anticipated Game of Thrones seventh season finale will run a whopping 79 minutes, 43 seconds, so it’s more of a GoT movie than your standard finale.
Will we find out who will rule the Iron Throne? Where is the Night King’s zombie dragon now that it’s been pulled from the ice? Will Dany and Jon hook up now that he’s bent the knee to the Mother of Dragons?
Unfortunately, these just released photos don’t give us many answers, but we’ll pore over them until Sunday’s Game of Thrones finale anyway.
