Will the God Account Be Destroyed in the ‘God Friended Me’ Series Finale? (VIDEO)

There are only two episodes left of God Friended Me, and the big question on everyone’s mind is, of course, who’s behind the God Account?

But first, the God Squad has to save the God Account. In Sunday’s episode, Miles (Brandon Micheal Hall) found that it was glitching — sending him multiple Likes that had nothing to do with his friend suggestion — and Rakesh (Suraj Sharma) figured out why. Corey (Cornelius Smith Jr.), who told them his code had been stolen, presumably by the person behind the God Account, launched a virus and corrupted the Account while they were trying to hack it earlier.

“If we don’t figure this out in the next 24 hours, the God Account will be destroyed,” Rakesh warned Miles. And as the promo (below) shows, Corey isn’t willing to help them.

In the final two episodes of the series, Miles has two more friend suggestions. First, in “Miracles,” C.J. (Lonnie Chavis) claims an angel wants him to reunite his father, Corey, with Corey’s estranged father. (Carl Lumbly is back as Alphonse.)

Then in “The Mountain,” Miles must examine his lack of faith more than ever before when his friend suggestion is Ali (Javicia Leslie) on the eve of her cancer surgery.
