‘Love Island’ Season 2: Meet the First 11 ‘Islanders’ (PHOTOS)
A new season of Love Island means a new group of “Islanders” looking for love, this time in Las Vegas.
CBS has revealed the first 11 singles hoping to find their perfect matches when the reality dating show premieres Monday, August 24, with episodes airing nightly. Saturday’s episodes will be “Love Island: More to Love,” highlighting the best moments of the week, interviews, and never-before-seen footage.
Host Arielle Vandenberg and narrator Matthew Hoffman return for the new season, which finds the Islanders after months in isolation and virtually dating and ready to date in real life. Filming takes place in a “bubble” in a villa on top of Ceasars Entertainment’s boutique hotel, The Cromwell, in Las Vegas.
Love Island, based on the international hit, follows the singles as they arrive at the villa and embark on a summer of dating, romance, and relationships. Every few days, they’ll pair up, and those who haven’t may be “dumped.” Some of the challenges they’ll face include new arrivals and dramatic twists. Viewers are the ones who get to decide which couple wins and has the chance to walk away with love and money.
