First Look at Jane Lynch & Tim Gunn’s ‘Middle School Moguls’ Characters (PHOTOS)
Nickelodeon is recruiting two famous faces for its upcoming animated series, Middle School Moguls.
Jane Lynch and Tim Gunn will voice original characters in the show slated to debut this fall, and we have your exclusive first look. Middle School Moguls takes place at Mogul Academy, an entrepreneurial school where young business dreams become a reality.
Lynch will appear as Victoria Steele, the Headmaster of Mogul Academy, while Gunn’s character Wren is a non-binary teacher of the Fashion Branch at the school. The series tells the story of four friends — Valeria (voiced by Olympic gold medalist Laurie Hernandez), Winnie (Daniella Perkins), Celeste (Jade Pettyjohn and Yuna (Haley Tju) — who put their own creative skills to the test at the academy.
Middle School Moguls will run in four half-hour installments as specials and will see the friends push themselves to think outside of the box in order to succeed in the cutthroat business world. Gina and Jenae Heitkamp serve as the show’s co-creators and executive producers. The characters are based on GenGirlMedia’s Middle School Mogul dolls (formerly called iBesties) which were created to inspire the next generation of female business leaders.
