‘NCIS’: Dr. Jimmy Palmer’s in for a Headache in the Season 18 Premiere (PHOTOS)
We already know that Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) is going to be sporting a black eye early on in NCIS Season 18 — the cause of the injury we saw last year will be revealed as we go back in time to that mission — but someone else’s head will be hurting as well.
In the newest photos for the premiere, “Sturgeon Season,” Dr. Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen) looks to be icing his head. What happened to the medical examiner?!
The episode will see Gibbs and Fornell (Joe Spano) trying to find the leader of the drug ring that supplied those counterfeit opioids to the former FBI agent’s daughter. Meanwhile, the team has a case involving a missing cadaver from the NCIS autopsy room. That might begin to explain Dr. Palmer’s headache.
Scroll down for a look at Gibbs and Fornell’s mission, the case, and more from “Sturgeon Season.”
