‘Pop Culture Jeopardy!’ Trailer: See Colin Jost Tease Players, New Categories Revealed & More (VIDEO)

Prime Video is going to be your home on Wednesdays for new episodes of game shows. Travis Kelce‘s Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity and JB Smoove‘s Buy It Now have already debuted. Meanwhile, Nick Cannon‘s Wish List Games premieres today (November 20) with five episodes.

Next up is Pop Culture Jeopardy! which debuts on December , and has just revealed its first trailer (see Colin Jost‘s hosting style in the video above).

Pop Culture Jeopardy! puts a fresh twist on the classic quiz show. Contestants play in teams of three and need to be experts in categories from Alternative Rock to The Avengers, Broadway to MMA, and Gen Z to Zendaya as they compete in a tournament-style event for the grand prize of $300,000 and ultimate bragging rights.

Pop Culture Jeopardy! premieres on Wednesday, December 4, with a 40-episode season releasing three new episodes each week. In the trailer above, Jost jokes around with the contestants that are divided into teams of three. Viewers get a good look at the studio and set, and new categories are revealed as well. Categories included “TV by Episode Titles,” “Famous Because the Internet,” “Sad Girl Summer,” and more. There’s also a glimpse at the new Daily Double design.

Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? sees adult contestants relying on a classroom full of celebrities from comedy, screen, and sports to help them answer 11 questions on a range of subjects, pulled from elementary curriculum, in hopes of winning a $100,000 prize.

In the business competition Buy It Now, entrepreneurs get 90 seconds to pitch their product to an audience of potential customers: The 100. If The 100 like the product and price, then the entrepreneurs go to a panel of Amazon executives and celebrity entrepreneurs. The panel selects which products join Amazon’s exclusive Buy It Now Store and award one entrepreneur $20,000 each episode.

The celebrity judges include Gwyneth Paltrow, Tony Hawk, Anthony Anderson, Christian Siriano, and Tabitha Brown. The resident entrepreneur judge is Jamie Siminoff, and the Amazon executive judges are Jenny Freshwater (VP US Fashion and Fitness), Tanner Elton (VP US Advertising Sales), Carmen Nestares (VP, NA Mktg & Prime Tech), and Michelle Rothman (VP Shopping PV WW).

In Wish List Games, a multi-episode holiday event, content creator Lele Pons joins Cannon as contestants play for the chance to win everything on their Amazon Wish Lists, totaling up to $25,000. In each episode, contestants are pulled from the audience to play a rotating series of fun and fantastical games. It all builds to the final round, where one contestant plays to win a prize for everyone in the audience.
