KJ Apa posted a behind the scenes photo from the filming of the premiere.

Riverdale‘s fourth season may not be premiering until October, but the cast has already begun filming and sharing looks behind the scenes at what to expect.
It all begins with the emotional premiere, which pays tribute to the late Luke Perry and his character, Fred Andrews, and features a special guest star in his Beverly Hills, 90210 costar, Shannen Doherty.
