Sonny’s (AJ Buckley) heading to Texas while the rest of Bravo begins their deployment in Afghanistan during peace negotiations.
The April 1 episode of SEAL Team will see Sonny’s punishment following his (a bit) violent reaction to a guy pretending to be a SEAL in Episode 15. And in “Drawdown,” directed by Max Thieriot, he reports to an Air Force base in Texas to serve his disciplinary training action.
But as the photos in the gallery above show, he’ll also have the chance to get reacquainted with his childhood friend, Hannah (Rachel Boston), and it looks like John Savage is playing his father, Emmet.
We’ve known about this trip — but not the reason behind it — since October. “Starting around Episode 16 or so, there’s some stuff with Sonny going back to Texas and meeting people from his past,” Buckley teased for TV Insider at the time.
