Jasper

Jasper (Devon Bostick) was one of the original 100 who were sent down to Earth, and though a return from him would probably have made more sense with Monty involved, he did have ties to several people who are still alive.

Harper

Like Monty, Harper (Chelsey Reist) chose to not go into cryo and instead raised their son, Jordan (Shannon Kook), as they looked for another planet for the survivors to call home at the end of Season 5. She died of old age before the others were woken up, and with them raising her son (and Jordan around), a return of some sort wouldn’t be that out of the realm of a possibility.

'Thirteen' - Alycia Debnam-Carey as Lexa in The 100

Lexa

We’ve already seen Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) after her death, but that was for Clarke in the City of Light. With Madi (Lola Flanery) now struggling with the Dark Commander in her head, Lexa could appear to help guide her.

Thomas McDonell as Finn in The 100 - 'Spacewalker'

Finn

We just revisited Finn’s (Thomas McDonell) death (at Clarke’s hand) in “Nevermind,” but her mind space didn’t include a projection of him. It could be interesting to see what would happen if it did — or to see him appear in some way in connection to Raven (Lindsey Morgan), considering her bad luck with guys continued in Season 6.

Eli Goree as Wells in The 100

Wells

Remember Wells (Eli Goree)? He died early on in Season 1, but he was Clarke’s best friend and part of her life before everything that happened once they arrived on the ground. Though he appeared as a hallucination of his father’s (Isaiah Washington), the series could bring him back in relation to what he meant to Clarke, such as part of her mind space (depending on how long that’s going to last).

Bob Morley as Bellamy and Alessandro Juliani as Sinclair in The 100 - 'Terms and Conditions'

Sinclair

Sinclair (Alessandro Juliani) was a great mentor to Raven, and we’ve already seen him as one of her hallucinations since his death. We could see him in a similar capacity again or even perhaps tied to Abby (Paige Turco) or Kane’s (Henry Ian Cusick) story in some way.

[Warning: The below contains MAJOR spoilers for Season 6, Episode 7 of The 100, “Nevermind.”]

The great thing about TV shows is that death doesn’t have to mean the end of a character.

Whether through flashbacks, hallucinations, doppelgängers, time travel, or even mind spaces, there are plenty of ways for a character to return without having to bring him or her back to life. Such was the case in Tuesday’s episode of The 100.

While catching up with Clarke (Eliza Taylor) — who is trapped inside her head while Josephine controls her body — we got to see Clarke’s father (Chris Browning), ALIE (Erica Cerra), Maya (Eve Harlow), and Monty (Christopher Larkin) again. They were all projections in her mind, but each served his or her purpose in a way that reminded us of who they were, as characters and to Clarke.

To that end, we’re taking a look at other dead characters from The 100 we’d like to see return in a similar capacity to those in “Nevermind.” Click through the gallery for our picks.
