It looks like they might — before all the trouble starts — but is this place abandoned? That doesn’t appear to be the case, considering how “well-maintained” it is.
Clarke and Bellamy Share a Regret
Clarke (Eliza Taylor) wishes Madi (Lola Flanery) could have gone to school. Bellamy (Bob Morley) wishes Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) could have.
Might Octavia have turned out differently if that had been an option, or could she have still ended up on the same path?
A Look at Sean Maguire’s Character
The Once Upon a Time actor is seen in what looks like an old family photo in the place the exploratory team finds.
There are also photos hanging on a wall around a sign reading, “Our all for the Glory and Grace of the Primes.”
A Nursery Rhyme Is a Serious Warning
A book, Red Sun Rising, is more than just a nursery rhyme. Bellamy read part of it in a previous trailer, but Clarke recites all of it:
“Trees and plants give us shade, and we eat them every day, but when the stars align and the forest wakes, it’s time to run away. For two days, heaven is hell, and friends are foes. So few are safe once they’re exposed.”
That explains some of the characters we see fighting in this trailer, including Bellamy and Clarke.
The Ship Is Hijacked
People in mysterious suits board the ship. Afterwards, Raven (Lindsey Morgan) wakes Diyoza (Ivana Milicevic). The enemy of my enemy is my friend, right?
Clarke Refuses to Bow to Russell
J.R. Bourne plays the leader of the new world, Sanctum, and though Clarke is told to “bow before using his name,” she’s not going to.
They’re already getting off to a bad start with the new group of people.
Diyoza Doesn’t Agree With Someone’s Decision
“They were withdrawing,” she says. “Why the hell would you attack?” Has this person put everyone’s lives at risk with whatever move he or she made?
Is she talking to Octavia? The trailer is full of violence from Octavia, but that could be misleading.
Russell Says to “Lock Them Up”
Has he already turned on Clarke and the others? Or is this for a good reason that we don’t know yet? It looks like the former is the case, but anything can happen.
Someone Is Electrocuted
Uh-oh. That doesn’t look good.
Multiple Characters Look to Be in Trouble
Bellamy, Clarke, and Murphy (Richard Harmon) are unconscious on the ground.
Diyoza is possibly shot and killed (but likely at the very least, seriously injured).
Can the survivors on The 100 ever catch a break?
They may have found a new world, but that just means more dangers and another new group of people to likely end up in contention with. The CW released a new trailer offering a further look at some of the challenges everyone will be facing in Season 6, and it’s not going to get any easier for any of them.
To make it worse, it looks like they can’t even trust each other at times.
