‘The Kominsky Method’ Reunites Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner in Season 3 (PHOTOS)

After guest starring in Season 2, Kathleen Turner is back on The Kominsky Method in Season 3 to work alongside Michael Douglas once again. (The two starred in 1984’s Romancing the Stone, 1985’s The Jewel of the Nile, and 1989’s War of the Roses.)
It’s also the final season of the Netflix series, with the six episodes set to premiere on Friday, May 28. Check out the first photos above and below to see that reunion as well as Sandy (Douglas) and his ex-wife Roz (Turner) spending time with their daughter Mindy (Sarah Baker), and more.
And it’s impossible not to notice the absence of Alan Arkin‘s Norman Newlander, Sandy’s longtime friend. It was announced in September 2020 that Arkin would not be returning for the comedy’s farewell run (which had been known for “a long time”).
Therefore Season 3 will see Sandy figuring out how to “navigate what aging looks like” without Norman. Having Roz around will only complicate things further. “The pair’s famously volatile relationship is further inflamed when she comes to LA to spend time with their daughter Mindy and her boyfriend Martin (Paul Reiser),” Netflix’s logline teases. “This season of The Kominsky Method deals with money, death, love, murder, and dreams coming true. In other words, the usual.”
Returning as guest stars are Lisa Edelstein, Emily Osment, Graham Rogers, and Haley Joel Osment.
Scroll down for a look at the final season of the Golden Globe-winning series from executive producers Chuck Lorre, Al Higgins, and Douglas.
