This Is Us is returning for Season 4 soon, and NBC has officially unveiled a first look at the premiere episode ahead of the September 24 return date.

See the Pearson gang in various modes of celebration — some happier than others — in the sneak peek images above. Whether its Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca’s (Mandy Moore) dinner out, Randall (Sterling K. Brown) and Beth’s (Susan Kelechi Watson) family party or new parents Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Toby’s (Chris Sullivan) baby joy, there’s a lot of reasons to smile.

One Pearson is notably absent though: Justin Hartley‘s Kevin. Though the actor is nowhere in sight, we’re holding out hope that he’ll still pop up when the premiere episode, titled “Strangers,” airs Tuesday, September 24. There’s only one way to find out, but until then, enjoy these bright expressions on the Pearson clan’s faces while they last!
