Most audiences first became acquainted with Andy Walken when he was cast in the starring role of Ralphie in the live telecast of "A Christmas Story Live!" (NBC 2017). Born in Seattle, Washington in 2006, Walken always had a surplus of energy and the discipline to use it wisely. He first began participating in competitive figure skating at the young age of just five. Eventually, Walken participated in a theater camp production of "Peter Pan," and decided with fierce resolve to change focus to acting. Soon, Walken was discovered at a national talent convention and landed an agent. His first TV role came in 2015 when he appeared in an episode of the series "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-).
Next came an appearance on the medical drama "Heartbeat" (NBC, 2016) as well as a small role in the Netflix movie "The Most Hated Woman in America" (2017). Then in 2017 came Walken's big break. He landed the role of Ralphie in "A Christmas Story Live!" after beating out over 350 other hopefuls for the role. After impressing nationwide audiences with his performance, Walken moved on to begin co-starring as William on the '70s-set sitcom "The Kids are Alright" (ABC, 2018-).
