Art Fleming was an actor who starred in a number of impressive television shows. In 1949, he announced for the game show series "Pantomime Quiz." He appeared in a Broadway musical at age 4. In 1978, he hosted the syndicated special "College Bowl." Fleming's career started out on the small screen, landing roles on the series "The Man Against Crime" (CBS, 1949-1956) and "The Californians" (NBC, 1957-59).
Fleming also appeared in "Jeopardy!" (NBC, 1963-1975), "NBC Adventure Theater" (NBC, 1970-72) and "MacArthur" with Gregory Peck (1977). Later in his career, Fleming acted in the adventure sequel "Airplane II: the Sequel" (1982) with Robert Hays. Fleming passed away in April 1995 at the age of 71.
