Blood, Sweat & Tears is an American jazz-rock band formed in New York City in 1967, known for blending rock, blues, pop, and jazz into a distinctive and influential sound. The band achieved commercial success with their self-titled second album, released in 1968, which featured hit singles like "Spinning Wheel" and "You've Made Me So Very Happy."

Over the years, Blood, Sweat & Tears underwent numerous lineup changes, with the only consistent member being drummer and founding member Bobby Colomby. Despite these changes, the band remains celebrated for their innovative fusion of genres and their contributions to the evolution of rock music.
