Model and reality star Courtney Stodden became part of the pop culture scene while she was still a teenager. Her marriage to actor Doug Hutchison, when she was 16 years-old and he was 50, created scandalous headlines throughout the entertainment press. The unorthodox romance led to the couple appearing on the reality show "Couples Therapy" (VH1, 2012-). Stodden later popped up again in a reality setting, as one of the housemates during the 12th season of "Celebrity Big Brother" (BBC, 2001-). After producing what was categorized as a "solo sex video" for Vivid Entertainment, Stodden returned again to the reality format, appearing along with her mother in "The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition" (Lifetime, 2016).
She then made her feature film debut in the comedy "Love Addict" (2016). In addition to acting and modeling, Stodden released multiple singles as a pop singer. A passionate advocate for animal rights, Stodden also acted as a national spokesman for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
