Ebonee Noel began her acting career in filmmaker Dwayne "DC" Coles' short film "Product of My Environment" (2013). Following one-off roles on television series like "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC 1999-), on which she appeared in 2014, and the crime-drama program "Eye Candy" (MTV 2015), Noel made her feature film debut with a supporting part in the romantic drama "Long Nights Short Mornings" (2016). The film, which also starred Shiloh Fernandez, debuted at South by Southwest 2016 but failed to reach major theatrical distribution.

Nevertheless, Noel found success the following year with a major role in the television series "Still Star-Crossed" (ABC 2017-), executive producer Shonda Rhimes' original sequel to the Shakespearean tragedy "Romeo and Juliet." On the series, Noel played Livia, a member of the Capulet family and sister to the main character, Rosaline.
