Genevieve Angelson

Genevieve Angelson is an American actress and writer, recognized for her versatile roles across television, film, and theater. Born in New York City to lawyer and businessman Mark Angelson and his wife, Lynn, she has two older sisters, Jessica and Meredith. Angelson attended The Brearley School in Manhattan, graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University with high honors in Film Studies, and earned a Master of Fine Arts from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts' Graduate Acting Program. ​

In her acting career, Angelson has portrayed a variety of characters. She played Patti Robinson in Amazon's "Good Girls Revolt," Nina in the Tony Award-winning play "Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike," and Dr. Eve Watson in the DC Comics series "Titans." Her recent work includes roles in "The Handmaid's Tale" as Alanis Wheeler, "The Afterparty" as Indigo, and "Flack" as Ruth. She also stars as Mae in the series "The Chicken Sisters."

Beyond acting, Angelson is a published writer, with essays featured in Elle Magazine, Town & Country, and Refinery29.
