Joe McGann

Joe McGann is an English actor known primarily for his roles in television, theatre, and film. Born on July 24, 1958, in Liverpool, England, he is part of the well-known McGann family, which includes his brothers Paul, Mark, and Stephen, all of whom are actors.

Joe McGann gained fame in the 1990s for playing Charlie Burrows in the popular British sitcom "The Upper Hand" (1990–1996), the UK adaptation of the American sitcom "Who's the Boss?" He has also appeared in numerous stage productions, including musicals like "Elf: The Musical," "Oliver!," and plays such as "Calendar Girls" and "Fiddler on the Roof." His film credits include appearances in "Business as Usual" and "Food of Love."
