June Laverick was an English film, television and stage actress. She was once described as "a popular lightweight leading actress of the day" and is probably best remembered as the (fictional) wife of Dickie Henderson in The Dickie Henderson Show.
In 1957, June Laverick made her uncredited screen debut in the comedy "Doctor At Large," which starred Dirk Bogarde. In 1960, she joined "The Dickie Henderson Show" sitcom for a five-year stint as Henderson's wife. In 1960, she starred opposite Peter Cushing in the horror feature "The Flesh And The Fiends." Laverick began her career with a role in the Melina Mercouri dramatic adaptation "The Gypsy and the Gentleman" (1958). Laverick then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "It Happened in Rome" (1959). Later in her career, Laverick acted in "Son of Robin Hood" (1959).
