Larry Ward was an American actor who appeared in many films and television series. He began his career with roles in "The Brighter Day" (1953-1962), "A Man Called Ragan" (ABC, 1961-62) and "The Dakotas" (ABC, 1962-63).

He went on to act in "A Distant Trumpet" (1964), "Lost in Space" (CBS, 1965-68) and the Paul Newman dramatic adaptation "Hombre" (1966). He also appeared in "M*A*S*H" (CBS, 1972-1983) and "The Gun and the Pulpit" (ABC, 1973). Later in his career, Ward wrote "Crackdown" (1989).
