Lisa Schwartz rose to fame with her highly popular YouTube channel, lisbug. Born and raised in Tarzana, CA, Schwartz launched lisbug in April of 2007. The channel contains a unique mix of comedic sketches, parodies of artists such as Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift, and social commentary provided by Schwartz herself. She soon parlayed the success of lisbug into deals with Yahoo!, who gave Schwartz her own recap show, "TV in No Time" (Yahoo!, 2014-), and Maker Studios, who backed her original comedy series, "Party Girl" (Freeform, 2016-).
Alongside her then-boyfriend, fellow YouTube star Shane Dawson, Schwartz lead a campaign against cyberbullying on Reddit, and starred in Dawson's film, "Not Cool" (2014). Schwartz also provided the voice of Talking Angela in the animated series "Talking Tom and Friends" (TBS Europe, 2016-), based on the popular app. In September of 2016, Schwartz announced yet another project: a web series with ABC digital entitled "This Isn't Working" (ABC Digital, 2017-).
