Matt Rife

American actor and comedian Matt Rife was born on September 10, 1995 in Columbus, Ohio. His interest in stand-up comedy began at age 14 when he was encouraged to perform for a school talent show. A year later he began performing comedy professionally. He joined the cast of the improv game show "Wild 'n Out" for three seasons. In 2019, Rife competed on "Bring the Funny" where he made it to the Semi-Final Showcase before being eliminated.

After more than a decade on the road honing his comedy skills, he wrote and produced his own comedy special "Only Fans" in 2021. The format was successful and he quickly followed with two more self-produced specials, Matthew Steven Rife (2023) and Walking Red Flag (2023).
