YouTube personality Meg DeAngelis rose to online fame with her own cheerleading and gymnastics videos before branching out into film with roles in "Summer Forever" (2015), "Dance Camp" (2016) and "Trolls" (2016). Born in Toronto, Canada in 1995, DeAngelis spent much of her childhood in Germany before settling in the United States where she gradually built up a large online following with a series of gymnastics and cheerleading tutorials, later diversifying into fashion, DIY and vlogging.
DeAngelis' MayBaby YouTube channel proved to be so successful that she eventually gave up her studies at the University of Central Florida to move to Los Angeles and pursue her vlogging career full-time. There she signed up with Awesomeness TV and tested her acting skills playing Desi, one of two cousins who fall for the same guy on a Mediterranean cruise, on web series "Royal Crush" (2014-). DeAngelis then moved on to the big screen with a part as video shoot stage coordinator April in teen musical "Summer Forever" (2015), appeared in horror shorts "Insidious 3: Tip Toe Through the Tulips" (2015) and "The Storybook Killer" (2015), and played love interest Cheyenne in "Dance Camp" (2016). DeAngelis then landed her most high-profile role when she was cast as the voice of dancing troll Moxie in the star-studded DreamWorks animation "Trolls" (2016).
