Mike Evans was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Known for making audiences laugh, Evans began his acting career in comedies like "Now You See Him, Now You Don't" (1972) with Kurt Russell. His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "The Gunfighters" (1987-88). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Practice" (NBC, 1975-77). He also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "The Richard Pryor Special?" (NBC, 1976-77) and "The Richard Pryor Special" (NBC, 1981-82).

He also lent his voice to "Black Beauty" (CBS, 1978-79). Evans was most recently credited in the comedy "High School" (2012) with Adrien Brody. He also was featured in the TV movie "Judicial Consent" (HBO, 1994-95). Evans passed away in December 2006 at the age of 57.
