Minnie Pearl has built an impressive career acting in various television specials and movies. She appeared in a number of television specials, including "The Bob Hope Show (10/05/70)" (1970-71), "Burt Reynolds' Late Show" (1973-74) and "Country Music Caravan" (). She also appeared in "Ann-Margret... Rhinestone Cowgirl" (1976-77) and "A Country Christmas" (1979-1980). She worked in television in her early acting career, including a part on "Hee Haw!"
