By the time she was four years old, actress Molly Ephraim was taking dancing lessons, an early entrance into the entertainment industry that led to her first professional theatrical role at age 13. Ephraim performed with several theater companies in the Philadelphia area as a teenager, debuting on Broadway at age 16 as Little Red Riding Hood in a revival of Stephen Sondheim's fairy-tale musical "Into The Woods." While studying for a bachelor's degree in religion at Princeton University, Ephraim continued her theatrical pursuits as a member of the Triangle Club, the school's venerable comedy sketch group.

Her graduation in 2008 came the same year as her film debut, a small part in the Martin Lawrence family comedy "College Road Trip" that only took four days of shooting. A much bigger opportunity came two years later as troubled daughter Ali in the horror sequel "Paranormal Activity 2," a role she briefly reprised in the following year's prequel, "Paranormal Activity 3." 2011 also saw her cast in her first regular television role as Tim Allen's daughter on the popular sitcom "Last Man Standing." Along with her budding film and television career, Ephraim's theatrical credits include taking the lead in the Holocaust drama "The Diary of Anne Frank."
