Olivia Macklin made an auspicious debut in the high-profile HBO miniseries "The Young Pope" (2016) before joining the cast of the comedy series "LA to Vegas" (Fox, 2018- ). Macklin began working almost immediately after graduating from Fordham University, landing a small but significant role as Jude Law's mother in Paolo Sorrentino's "The Young Pope."
She was soon cast in Fox's midseason series "LA to Vegas," a workplace sitcom from Steve Levitan, Adam McKay and Will Ferrell, among others, that detailed the chaotic lives of a flight crew that makes a weekly flight to the titular destinations. Macklin was cast as a regular passenger on the flight named Nichole, who worked as an exotic dancer.
