Osgood Perkins was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Perkins's career beginnings included film roles in "Second Fiddle" (1923) and "Love 'Em and Leave 'Em" (1926). Perkins then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "Syncopation" (1929), "Scarface" (1932) and "Secret of the Chateau" (1934). He also appeared in the Lily Pons comedic drama "I Dream Too Much" (1935). Later in his career, Perkins acted in the Dick Powell adaptation "Gold Diggers of 1937" (1936). Perkins passed away in September 1937 at the age of 45.
